At the Fall Leaders-In-Training (LIT) weekend, student execs from every ACF chapter leadership team across Ontario gather for a #LIT weekend of chapter executive leadership training for public campus ministries, gaining exclusive access to opportunities intended for chapter growth. The weekend features limited edition merch, chapter resources & tools, leadership orientation & role-based training & team capstone, campus ministry workshops, one-on-one alumni mentorship, peer-to-peer networking, centralized knowledge & skill sharing, walk-in prayer station, inspired preaching, powerful testimonies, uplifting praise & worship, dynamic fellowship, sportive campsite activities, and, of course, the beautiful nature retreat. By the end of this weekend event, our mission of engaging with students to empower them with the leadership skills and resources needed to build effective student ministries that reach the campus and change the world is successfully accomplished.
